about the role

the inside sales specialist will be responsible for :
  • Selling subscriptionsto our paid membership programs.
  • Identifying potential clients who may be interested in a business website and convince them to purchase one from us.
  • Following up with leads over phone, chat and email to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

There is no cap on the commission income one can earn in this role. Therefore, you are your only limit on how much monthly income you can earn in this role.

Day to day responsibilities:

As a Customer Relation Specialist, you will be responsible for making sure that our support desk is providing timely, accurate and meaningful resolution to all customer queries. You will have direct responsibility for quality control and also need to set up and adjust various processes within the support function. Any customer escalations that are not resolved at the agent level will need to be addressed appropriately by you.
